
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items not in their original condition or where the packaging has been damaged.
For reasons of hygiene pierced earrings cannot be returned if they have been removed from their sealed bags unless faulty.
Silver and silver plating can tarnish with exposure to the elements. We recommend storing jewellery and tiaras in the packaging provided or appropriate storage boxes. Tarnish can be removed with a silver polishing cloth available through the site or from most jewellery shops.
Photographs on the website are intended as a guide and subtle variations reflecting the natural characteristics of shell/pearl are not considered faults. Items are individually inspected to guarantee quality before dispatch.
Delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty.
If you wish to return any item you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please include your invoice number, name, address, email address and telephone number along with the reason for returning the item. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods to the address in the contact section of the website.
We cannot assume responsibility for any goods lost in the post. Please retain proof of postage until you have received any refund due. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and adequate insurance. We cannot issue a refund on goods that go missing in the post.
Refunds will only be made to the card with which they were purchased. If payment was made by cheque, the refund will also be made by cheque.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure information on the website is accurate, and up to date, errors can occur from time to time. If we discover an error in the pricing or stock level for any item you have purchased we will contact you with the correct information. You have the right to decide whether or not to continue with the purchase.
Price and availability information changes from time to time.
We reserve the right to decline any order or to cancel any order and refund monies paid.
You may cancel any order that hasn't been dispatched by contacting us by email. Orders that have been dispatched will have to be refunded according to our refund policy.
