1. Delivery details. Items are thoroughly checked before dispatch and packaged appropriately. We are unable to assume responsibility for damage caused in transit and recommend the consumer purchase a shipping option which includes adequate cover. The customer may chose between Royal Mail recorded delivery or special delivery. Special delivery includes an insurance premium.
2. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can contact us by email or telephone. We will supply a returns code.
3. For reasons of hygiene, earrings that have been removed from their sealed packaging can only be returned if faulty on arrival.
4. Any returned goods must be returned unworn in their original packaging within 5 working days of receipt and before the date of your wedding or event.
5. Avoid getting perfume, hairspray and styling products on your tiara/jewellery. Cover the tiara with tissue paper whilst spraying your hair.
6. We recommend that you keep your tiara/jewellery in the storage box supplied, and store in a cool, dry and dark place to keep it in top condition for as long as possible. The plating can tarnish over time, though following our advice will help to minimise damage. Tarnish can usually be removed by gently cleaning with a silver polishing cloth.
